The ad was for a 30 day trial not to continue to take $89 + out of my account for EACH 60 capsule bottle. I did not realize shy I was getting more bottles and what what going on until I check my account to see that I was being charged an insane amount for every bottle coming in.

I need this to STOP and a refund for 6 bottles so far that have not even been opened! This was very deceitful and misleading.

I have tried to call all 3 numbers available to speak with someone. I called 813-518-8855 and they said they no longer cover the KETOGENIKS and the number they gave me to call, 866-225-9530 does not allow incoming calls (I called this number first). The 3rd number on ScamPulse.com for them answered but the background noise was so loud, I could not speak to them.

I saw this product advertised on tv and I’ve heard several good ads about Ketogenic products and it was very believable this was the best product out there, and if for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return it for a full refund. I saw the amount of $89.86 come out of my account and it was also the same time COVID-19 was just getting started in full force, that I didn’t notice it had never been delivered. With that said, everything that was being ordered was being delayed too. I didn’t realize what was going on until I received my FIRST bottle but charged for the second time. Please please never, ever order anything from them. They’re using a Tampa, Fl address but it’s being distributed in New Mexico. They DO NOT have a working number for you to contact customer service, but only email address.

BEWARE!!! KetoGeniks is a fraud company. They steal your identity, your bank and credit card information and use it to make online purchases.

This is a hoax. Not only does the product not work they automatically start billing you for there product. Starts with a "trial" but no place does it say it's renewed automatically. Then when you try to get it back the offer partial payment back from someone you can't understand what they are saying to you. Requested a full refund but no luck yet. Buyer Beware! This is a scam.

I encountered the same issue as others. I came across the ad on Facebook for a "free bottle" of keto and another free bottle for their detox product and I only had to pay for shipping and handling. in about two weeks, I was charged from the same company about $180. Now they claim it was not a "free bottle", instead a "free trial". I had taken a screenshot of the advertisement as I was a bit skeptical of the offer. Nowhere did it confirm during the order process that there were any additional charges, neither in the order confirmation email nor did they include any information in the shipping box with the pills. the company said that I have to return the bottles and pay for return shipping and i'm out of the shipping cost I initially paid. credit card company is aware of the scam but said that I have to pay to return the bottles and they can't request them to refund shipping cost. they can only work with the $90 charges. this is a scam and the company needs to be investigated! their advertisement is fake.

I ordered and paid for a "free trial offer" of KetoGeniks' weight loss product for the cost of "shipping and handling" only of $13.63. I was subsequently charged approximately $180 for not opting out of the continued subscription of the product during their 14-day trial period, of which I was never aware of. When I called the company, they initially refused to offer me any refund, but eventually, I was able to get a refund of $120. The supervisor, "Roy," was not only unwilling to refund the remainder of the price, he was unwilling to send me the product which I paid for. He hung up on me.

Advertising a free trial for cost of shipping. Then charged me $89.82 plus the shipping. There is a Facebook page for them with 100s of the same claims! Charged other people twice that much. Refuse to cancel. Refuse returns. Refuse refund. This caused my bank account to overdraft and caused my electricity bill payment to be rejected and a check fee for that!! Help!!

Was told free trial pay postage the took the postage $13.00 and in 3 weeks took $179.00 no refund but said they would but have not this has been ongoing for a month had freeze my accounts
