Website advertises free 30 day supply of KetoGeniks - Keto, you only have to pay shipping, which is 6.84. However what the website doesn’t tell you, or written ANYWHERE, is that the trial is only 17 days, the product is usually sold out (if there ever was a product) upon tracking the shipment USPS only every states they received the label but not the product. So, after the 17 days, your card is charged 89.84,which they never tell you or written anywhere on any of their fake websites, only way to find out is reading reviews on ScamPulse.com or reddit, their Facebook is also fake. When calling customer service the agent will act as if they can’t understand your language, that is, until you start using phrases like FCC and BBB, then they listen well. I was lucky that I found out about this scam before the item was delivered (if anything was ever going to be delivered) and cancelled everything. Amazon is truly the place to shop for online items.

I got two bottles of KetoGeniks that was free with payment of shipping on an ad from Facebook around 1/17/20. On 2/10 and 2/11 two separate charges of $49.80 was charged to my debit card. I called the number that was on the charges and was told I agreed to a trial and agreed to be charged these charges if I didn’t cancel. I never had the chance to accept any charges. There wasn’t any place to accept such charges. I asked for these charges to be returned cause I didn’t agree to anything and was told that no money would be returned. Said they would cancel further charges but I’m just out this money. Contacted my bank and they told me to try to get them to reverse the charges. Told them I have already tried that route. This company does nothing but try to steal money from hard working people. Nowhere when ordering does it say this is a free trial. Nowhere does it say I will be charged if not canceled. If you go on their website you can go to the terms and conditions and it gives you the spew about it all but when u click on the ad on Facebook that is never an option to see any of that. I live paycheck to paycheck and struggle to make ends meet and this company took from me for no reason other than being theives!!

I was naive and fell for the free trial of diet pills scam. They charge just over 6 bucks then add on the detox pills for another $6+. No print off. No info. NOWHERE does it say you will be charged later if you don’t call to cancel or anything. It seemed weird and I found the pills are not FDA approved. So I didn’t even take them. Chaulked it up as a loss.

Two weeks later they took two charges of $89+ WITHOUT authorization.

I called and they said they will give me $45 towards each charge. When I said no they offered $70 per charge. They just need my bank info! At this point I canceled my cards and contacted my bank. When I told them that they said goodbye.

I’m upset I fell for it. And I am sad that people are sick and so many have been scammed by them. I’m not stopping until I get my money back.
