In Jan/Feb I ordered my "free" bottle of Ketogeniks Keto only pay shipping. After reading that every shark tank member wanted in on this because it's such an amazing product I went ahead and trusted this site thinking they wouldn't put their name on a scam. Of course they also threw in a bottle of keto detox for free also just pay shipping. I TRIPLE CHECKED THIS AD AND NOWHERE DOES IT SAY IT KEEPS PULLING MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT!!! I have already been tricked this way before so I knew to really really check for it this time and read the fine print. So far they keep hitting my account for 89.82 a bottle. So that's $180 a month, for 2 months!! I have tried reaching them but it says their website is not found and no one answers the 1(866) number!! I need them to stop hitting my bank account and refund my money. If they continue to STEAL my hard earned money I will have to seek legal action. This is fraud and theft.

I responded to an offer for a free trial for Ketogeniks Keto and Ketogeniks Detox. The initial charge was for $6.82 and $6.84 for a one month trial. My credit card was charged for the full price of both products only 2 weeks later, $89.82 and $89.84 without notification. Without any further orders placed, I was mailed a second bottle of product and charged an additional $89.82. The company shows up on my credit card statement as Greenlifedetox.com with phone number 888-572-3935. Ketogeniks Keto by name can only be found as a FaceBook page. When I called customer service I was told that I could return the recent shipment, if it was unopended, and return instructions were emailed to me. He was kind enough to "waive" the restocking fee. How generous. I was told I would have a $40 refund processed today but the additional $40.82 could not be refunded until the product was returned, and then it would take 7-10 days to process. When I inquired about the previous two $89+ charges, I was told that that could not be refunded as the 30 trial period had ended. He was thoughtful enough to cancel my account without me asking.

They promise a 4 week trial of their product of a keto pill for @6.84 only to scam you into purchasing another detox pill at the time foran additional $6.82, then they charge you after ONLY 2 weeks of having the product. When you call their number to cancel, it claims all lines are busy and you can wait on hold or press "1" to leave a message. Either way, there is no way to contact a live person. If you wait on hold, the phone line goes dead after a few minutes. If you press "1" to leave a message, the phone line goes dead and you aren't able to leave a message. I've called numerous times and all times of day only to yield the same results. I've had to cancel my devit card and report them as a fraudulent charge before they responded claiming they received my cancellation when there was never a way to contact them initially until all of a sudden, they can't bill my card.

This company is a SCAM. I purchased a "sale" advertised on Instagram for weight loss for a total of $13. Within one month, I was charged $89 a total of three additional times. Apparently, the fine print "states" that if you don't cancel before 14 days, you have joined the "subscription" service. I called to report this today to the company, and the best they could do is to refund me a total of $100 (of the $270 I was erroneously charged).

I am livid and cannot believe this company is still in business.
