I ordered product by mistake, but also found false advertising in the ad. It said 3 bottles for $34.95, which is shat I ordered. On my bank statement the charge was $198.70. I immediately called & was given some kind of nonsense answer.. starting De. 20th, I called 4 times. They give a first name & agent #, when I asked about refund, I got same answer from each agent. Definitely scripted. “I’m sending this report to returns Dept. You should receive email within 24-48 hours. & your refund should be in your account soon after that. Ha. The last call I placed told me the same script again & he was supposedly a “supervisor”. His words: “I’ll take care of this so do not call back about this issue again.” Not bothering to call back after that many times. Very easy to tell it’s a scam.
