This offer of keto-type oral health additive/diet is promoted and available in email and endorsed by Shark Tank TV show. The are Ketogenic diet pills and this is aggressively promoted by the Shark Tank TV show. This is a scam company. I ordered one bottle of the product for about $39 but I was charged $199.99 from my checking account! I called to cancel shortly after I ordered (on Saturday) and I was told that they couldn’t do anything then but to call back Monday (today) after 8am, eastern time, which I did. They told me that they couldn’t refund the money because it had already been shipped. I told them that it is a mistake and they couldn’t refund it! They said to wait until I received the package and then return it and when they received it I could get a refund less a $10 or $20 per bottle restocking fee! I told them that I wanted no more interaction with their company and to refund my money and I will return their product when I receive it. They said again that they couldn’t refund my money. I got tired of dealing with them and called my bank who stopped the charge and canceled my debit card. I just want to report the whole operation as a scam and want them not to be able to advertise anymore!
