They had an ad on Instagram, advertising keto bites for weight loss. The offer appeared as buy 3 get 3 free for $39.99. Once I received confirmation email, it stated that I was charged $239.99, $39.99 per bottle. I called customer support to get a refund and cancel my order. I was told they could not cancel my order or refund my money. After being put on hold, I was told they could offer me a 15% refund. I told him no, that was not acceptable and I would stop payment on the order. I emailed customer support 3 times but received no response. I placed this order on August 8th. Their advertisement said orders will be shipped the next business day. I have yet to receive the product (August 17th). I had my bank cancel my debit card and dispute the charge.
