When purchasing the product the website stated that it would be $39.97 a bottle at checkout it never stated any other price. After payment was finalized the credit card company notified me of a payment to this company for $199 (without my consent I was charged way more than what was agreed upon or ever stated!) This was a reply from the company after requesting a refund—-

I need to cancel the order I just placed due to discrepancy in payment amount (lack of final purchase price price being stated prior to purchase)—-

Our apologies that you misunderstood the offer. The deal is $199.88 for 3 bottles so each bottle is $66.62 for the Proton Keto Gummies. We are including 2 free bottles in that package so that brings the price down (divide $199.88 by 5) to $39.97 for each bottle.

*That was the reply from Proton brand company after my request the same day as charges were presented on my credit card.

This is fraud, no final price stated when placing the order. I did not consent to this amount being charged to my credit card.

Ordered one item on line, authorized credit card for a specific amount, $59.99.

Got slammed for $259.98.

On credit card 01/09/2024.

As soon as I saw 5 bottles were shipping me, I called the customer service and said CANCEL this order immediately. There is a mistake. I have their cancellation email to me.

Huge order shipped to my house.

Called them again asking for refund. They said as soon as they receive the product.

Mailed all product back, have usps receipt from 01/23/2024.

Have recalled Vita, stated they received the product. Their website states 100% money back guarantee.

Have mailed usps receipt to Vita and Discover.

Have no refund.

I also had to cancel my credit card for fraud and wait for a new card, Vita was planning on slamming me every month.

This company has to be stopped and customers made aware.

I was offered a free bottle of "Keto-Vex" if I pay for shipping. I gave credit card info to pay the shipping. I was charged $198.70 for 5 bottles of their product. I called their customer service number immediately to cancel the order. The person I contacted tried to give me discounts instead of canceling the order. I insisted on canceling the order again and they refused. When I got off the phone I checked my email. There was an email from Keto-Vex saying my monthly subscription had been cancelled. It did not say, however that all charges had been canceled. At this point it's looking like the charge of $198.70 is active.
