I received a phone call from a local number so I answered it. The woman said that she would help me close my account with Simply Herbal Keto today for $500 and if I didn’t agree, tomorrow my account would be charged 1000. I told her that I’ve never heard of her company or received any products. She had my address, phone number, email, and old debit card info. She said the business was located out of state. She claims they sent emails, which they hadn’t. She was insistent and rude. Said they had a lawyer. I believe that my information was sold to this company last year when I tried to redeem a “free” cooler. It was a scam and I cancelled that card last fall.

Caller claimed that I owed money for products they shipped to an address that I do not live at. They claimed I opened a subscription and that I needed to pay the balance or it would automatically start shipping the product on the subscription again and the only way I could cancel this fake subscription was to pay the balance on the account.
