I called keto slim off of Facebook ordered within minutes they took 198 dollars off my card i called them back and cancelled they said they would give me my money back and still they have not given any of it back

My mom, who is in her 70's, saw an ad on Facebook for a keto powder you add to water to drink for weight loss. The ad uses famous people. She placed an order that was supposed to be $4.99. She received pills, not powder, and was charged $94.77 on her credit card. She is currently fighting to get this off her card.
