An ad for Keto Rapid Max Pure popped up on my facebook page. Because Al Roker, the weatherman, was promoting it, I felt it was safe. They advertised a free trial if I paid shipping of $4.95. What was not disclosed was that I would be charged $89.95 if I did not cancel my "subscription" within 2 weeks. Two $89.95 charges were made to my VISA card. It took me 3 frustrating days to track down a legitimate phone number for this business, and was told by the customer rep, that it was my responsibility to read the fine print. He cancelled my future orders, but I am still on the hook for $179.90. This company has very shady business practices. The price of $89.95 and the 2 week cancelation period should be prominentlly displayed on their ad page, not hidden in the fine print. The company refuses to refund my money for a product that didn't work as advertised!
