I purchases keto pure online. They offered two free bottles. They never gave you a price on check out. I didn't find out how much I paid until I got my credit card receipt. I thought I paid 29.99 but I really paid 270.00. I returned the product within the time limit. They have not refunded me yet. I sent it back October 9 its now Dec 2. My contact via multiple emails has been in vain. Absolute scam.

The website gives you a price for the pills which is approx. 26.00 and asks for your credit card number. It does not show the total price. So I went on to another website for reviews and there wasn't anything about issues with the purchase price. When I entered in my credit card info the price came to $ 261.00 USD. I immediately called them to cancel my order. The lady I spoke to said it was too late and they can't cancel the order as it is already processed. I said that is impossible. She put me on hold and said she called the warehouse and the order was already processed. I fought with her for over half an hour. Asked to speak to manager and she said the manager couldn't cancel the order. I said I can call any reputable company to cancel an order within 2 minutes of purchase. She put me on hold 3 times and then came back stating the manager wouldn't be in until later that afternoon. I gave her 2 choices , cancel my order, or put on a person who can. When I told her I was going to report them to the ScamPulse.com she finally cancelled my order. I waited until I received the email confirmation before I hung up. Believe me a lot more was said to get this cancelled and my bank confirmed the cancellation as well but told me to monitor my account to make sure that it went through. Such a scam. They mislead you on the price and then tell you they cannot cancel . She told me if I am not a satisfied customer then I can send it back. I told her |I am not satisfied now so cancel my order. I am hopeful this credit will be processed otherwise i am out $261.00
