They contacted me with a survey from my credit card company. I filled out the survey, they offered a free gift with shipping and handling charges only. I paid for shipping and handling with my debit card. I realized the email was not from my credit card company and froze my debit card. The products came and I thought maybe everything was fine, although I was afraid to use the products at this point, as I was still a little uncomfortable with the whole thing. I put and alert on my card so that I would know when ever anything is authorized, 2 weeks later charges for $118.00 and $85.00. when I contacted the company they told me that I’d accepted terms and conditions that gave me 14days to opt out of a subscription and now owe full price for the products, both 60 capsules each. The original shipping and handling fee was 10.90 charged by pure organic choices, the $118.00 was charged by organic green and the $85.00 by prime organics. The email and billing slips are under keto kit diet and [email protected]. I’ve emailed several times with no response. The rep I talked with over the phone who notified me about the subscription stated that I could return the product for an 80% refund. They sent a return of merchandise authorization # and address to return but it does not match the address located in the terms of service on www.ketokitdiet.com. At this point I’m afraid that they will get the product back and use it to scam someone else and I won’t ever get my refund. I also went back to the phishing email and the link to the survey is no longer available nor is the email address deliverable. I have closed that debit card and will be calling to report fraud. So far the 85.00 has been debited not sure if the 118.00 will or not. I also paid $6.29 to return the product. I don't know how I fell for this but they got me pretty good.
