I do not know if the actual company is a scam or not, however, I have definitely been scammed. After finding a convincing ad on Keto supplements, I went on the website to see what it was about and then later decided to try out their free trial. I put in my info for the first step of the purchase info and then decided not to complete the rest of the purchase info because I had doubts and didn’t want to go through a hassle of being possibly scammed. But shortly after I got off their website with only half of my info on the purchasing site, I received a call. A woman’s voice on the other phone was telling me that I should complete the purchase info and so I should give my banking number and that they will do it for me. At first I was going to reject, but the woman was telling me that this product was 100% gaurantee and so on. The trial offer was free except that I had to pay shipping which was around 6 dollars. Eventually, I gave my banking information and the woman in return told me that she was going to send an email regarding the transaction and some sort of ID number for the membership. After the call, I never received an email and nothing was confirmed about the transaction from the company except an email from my bank saying that there was a suspicious transaction made. So I tried calling her back because I never got a confirmation email and I was alerted with the suspicious activity, but she never picked up. Next morning, I received a notification saying that my card made 12 MORE TRANSACTIONS all around 5-7 dollars. So in total, I lost around 70 dollars. The extremely odd thing is that ALL the transactions were under different supplement company names that I have never seen or went on the website. After several attempts of calling the company, I finally reached the customer service and told them about the situation, demanded a refund, and to get my info off their system. But the odd thing was that they did not have any of my banking info and that the company would never call the customer to complete the purchase. They later told me that this was a possible hack within the company and said that they would investigate in this. I have not heard from them yet, but be aware, NEVER GIVE YOUR BANKING INFO TO ANYONE THROUGH A PHONE CALL. I do not completely trust the company either because they could be possibly lying and so on, however, I know for a fact this person who called me was a definite scammer and thief who had access to the company’s information and now has my banking info and even my home address which honestly worries me.
