Purchased product online with a one time purchase. Now suddenly it's a subscription that charges your card automatically. The customer service email is a fake. This company needs to be taken out. It even uses a po box for a return address so it's impossible to track.

On line purchasing did not let me opt out on order nor review order nor go back. It just kept you going forward having to click on more items without getting out. Then when I received the items for $249.98, and called to return items, they said there would be a "stocking fee" charged to my credit card of $60.

This product claims to give you a full refund if you are not completely satisfied. They entice you to buy more product for a much reduced price. The product did not work, I sent an email trying to find out the return process. I received an email saying there was a 10 dollar restocking fee, per bottle and offered me a much reduced amount of money if I just dropped it. Scammers such as these needs to be prosecuted, their websites and advertisements needs to be taken down, so more people don't fall prey to them.

Keto GT showed an ad within a solitaire game app. The ad said buy one get one for $39.99.

When I entered my card information and clicked to the next page it suggested that I add something to my order. There was a large button to add the additional purchase. After searching the entire page I found a way to decline the addition, but then when I got to the last page, they charged me $199.99.

When I called their customer support (immediately) to cancel the order, the lady talked over me and kept trying to get me to keep the order.

I had to scream at her to get her to remove the order. Now it will be 7-10 business days before I will get my money back.

I was online checking out a Website involving Keto GT. This is a weight loss site where you can buy a product. This product was approved by Shark Tank which was a big part of the website. As this is a reputable company I went further into the site. There were 2 selections you could made: 1 was buy 1 for 39.44 plus tax and receive 2 bottles free. The other was to buy 2 bottles and get 3 free. I selected the 1st one as I could afford this and just wanted to try it. Fully expecting my bank account to be charged this amount, I was furious when I received an email from this company charging my bank account for $199.99. Calling this company the woman, Orvy, stated I ordered 5 bottles which I DID NOT! I reported this to my bank and called the company. The product has been shipped which is highly unlikely as the request for the product was done late last night from MN. Taking into consideration the time change it was too late in AZ to fill my request (this makes sense to me but may not be true). I am protesting against this company as they have FALSE ADVERTISING for others seeking weight loss to fall into this trap. This needs to be officially reported. Am unable to take a screen shot from my IPad.
