I went to the website and ordered keto flux. On the website it said there was a 90-day guaranteed return policy. I got the pills and they did not work. I called the number and it been disconnected. I got the number off of my checking account statement and called it and cancelled my subscription. It was a $200 charge to my credit card. August 4th, I got another shipment from them. I called again and canceled and they told me they had no record of the cancellation. They told me I could not cancel and I asked them for an address so that I could send the product back. The customer service representative said there was no address. I told them I was going to contact the Better Business Bureau and I was going to turn it over to my bank for fraud and after 5 very lengthy phone calls they reluctantly agreed to refund me my recent charges but not the initial purchase. This is a scam and they used Al Roker's name to promote their product.
