I was advertised through social media a bottle of keto pills for $29. When I completed the order, I was charged for 5 bottles at $39.50 each, for a total of $198. The total price appearing AFTER payment. I IMMEDIATELY contacted customer service: they had a chat with an agent. I asked for a cancellation of the order and a refund, the agent stated that the system was down. That I contact them again later. I told him no because then they would ship the items and I didn't want them. The agent was very rude and told me how the hell could he cancel if the system was down, if he couldn't track the order number I gave him. I said that I would wait for the system to be running again, and I asked for the name of the company, phone number and postal address. He declined, saying that it was private information ¿? I insisted. He said they were located in the USA but remained silent for actual information. I tried calling a phone number that appeared on the order- it didn't work. I emailed them, nothing. The charge was made to my account like a minute after payment.
