I ordered their product from an ad I saw online back in early 2021(like a [censored]). Once I received the product I realized that it didn't do what it promised so I called up the company settled my debt with them and cancelled my subscription. Two months later I received another package in the mail. I called again and was told that I hadn't cancelled my subscription the first time. I was angry but I relented and paid them $89.95 on the promise that this would be over and I would never hear from them again. on August 11th I received another call claiming that neither of the last two cancellations occured. I told them the situation and then was threatened that not only would they start sending me products and charging me for them but that they would also send me to a collection agency and ruin my credit. I can't give these people my credit card information again. They are clearly untrustworthy and who's to say that after I pay them for a third time for a product I didn't even want in the first place that they won't just call again and start this scam all over again. Please help me.

Keto Boom cancellation possible scam

Got suckered into trying a free trial of supplements for weight loss. The free trial was ordered July of 2021 where I only paid for shipping. After some time noticed random charges on my card that were flagged as fraud by my bank and my card ended up being blocked and new card sent to me. Around the same time, I vaguely remember calling and canceling the subscription for the supplements. Since this free trial, have not received any other products, invoices, or communication of any sort from the company. Fast forward to June 2022, receive a random call that my supplements from my membership are ready to be shipped. I start arguing with the peron on the phone stating, I don't know what you are talking about, I do not have any membership nor have I received any products since the free trial last year, to please remove me from their list and cancel. Kept being told that only way to cancel is to pay my outstanding balance of $82.59. After more arguing, agree to pay the $82.59 so everything could get cancelled out. Person on the phone now mentions extra charge of $80 something. So more arguing, inquire why now the total I am being told is $177 something. At the same time, a debit comes through on my card which my bank automatically blocks. At this point, I just hang up on the caller. I called my bank, the charge was attempted 3 different times by 3 different company names along with some other random amount of $20 something. At least charges did not go through but have to run to the bank to obtain new card. Beware if you did any free trials of this supplement and receive subsequent calls of demanding payment in order for the subscription to get cancelled... Hoping no new issues arise.
