They returned an email stating I would have to call their professional team. The first person I spoke to said it would be a $9.95 fee per bottle to return the merchandise. I explained it wasn't the correct product as advertised and there was an guarantee return. I asked to speak to a manager; Josh, badge #4200. He was completely rude, stated I purchased the order, there are no refunds and he would be willing to send me three more bottles! The phone all accomplished nothing. Researching how to get my refund of $149.00 seems impossible. I have called my credit card reporting a scam. I need help passing this on to the public so others don't get into the same bind. There is no company on the invoice, I feel so cheated and disrespected by the customer service they provided.
