Keto Bites, selling Keto Bites + ACV Gummies marketed a special offer to purchase Keto Bites plus a cleanse. The first purchase was double charged to account. The second and third charge never delivered a product NOR WERE AUTHORIZED. emails were never received about charges, nor for the initial purchase. in order to find the company, I had to look back into my internet search history where I found the pages that service was purchase. There I found a phone number to call and where there was a popup indicating purchases are automatically enrolled in future purchases unless you call to cancel; however you are not provided with a website, nor a method to contact them so how can you cancel something especially when you are not aware of the recurring payment! The company would not refund the double purchase done in October, nor would they refund the unauthorized charges. I was finally offered 64.99 credit for the most recent 129.99 charge in December. I was given a tracking number for the november charge. This tracking number does not show up in USPS.com. They would not refund today's December "purchase" because it was already processed. I was also told I could not return it, and if I did, I would not receive a refund. However, they would not provide the address nor would they tell me how the charges or the reverse charge would show up on my account. I did receive an email from [email protected] saying i would received said 64.99 credit. We shall see.

Facebook had an ad for keto bites with Ben Napier’s name saying what a great product. This is when I checked on the things that I wanted to buy the $39.99 amount. I went through the whole process of paying and when I was done, I looked at my email and it said that I had spent $299.99, and that they were going to charge me every month for this and it nowhere on their site said that this was a monthly charge.
