Went onto the buyketobites website. Only able to see products and pricing once all information about payment was submitted. What was advertised was not what I actually selected to order and I was charged 299.98 originally. After receiving a very generic email with a wrong address and no contact information I dismissed the email. My bank account was then charged a month later 239.99 was charged totally 539.97. When I was able to locate a number it was to a call center that they stated they worked for a ton of companies that they couldn't tell me the company's name until information was verified. They then stated that no refunds were ever made available even though the website that I had to search to find a costumer service number stated otherwise. There were no packing slips or additional information provided to contact the business. This is supposedly representing a product shown on the TV show Shark Tank.
