Received Email from Keto BHB (Jerry in customer care) 8/12/2022. The email was to verify my info to finally begin my refund process for $299.93 dollars. Today I get a text requesting I verify again. There were 2 phone numbers 1 213 600 7188 1 917 619 7004 on it. I called both. One only rang. The other, did not sound like a business setting at all in the background. A very disrespectful 25 year old male answered. Said he needed me to be in front of my pc because he’d just sent the same form from (
[email protected] completed 8/12/2022. My pc was slow, he became impatient making racist comments using much profanity. So I hung up. I want my money back.
No one should have to be subjected to this type of behavior. I believe this could be what this particular “company” does to cause unhappy customers seeking refunds from doing so. My last request for refund was in 2021. My order was placed and returned in 2020. I have all corres
pondence here and ready to present as proof. I see I’m not the only person filing a complaint. I want my refund, I don’t need an apology. That miserable individual has to wake and live with himself.

I've never ordered before - so this is not auto renewing !

I've called them twice and written three times.

Calls were very disconcerting - the person I spoke with kept wanting me to go to

a complaint page with the number 92500 - the pop up page that came up asked

me to long into some meeting

I told them that I never ordered - wanted this cancelled immediately -

he kept saying that I had to fill out the complaint page - which kept going

to the pop up message.

The original add was for 60 day supply, when I went to pay they actually charged my credit card $199.99. I asked about this and they said it was because you got extra bottles for cheaper price and could get a full refund if it doesn't work. If it does work then get reduced per bottle price. I ordered this product and took as directed for 60 days with no results. Now I can't get anyone to answer my emails on how to send back the remaining product for a full refund as promised. HELP! I am out $199.99

I ordered the product and thought I was paying $39.99 before I knew it it charged me for 5 bottles and added another product on of 4 bottles at $20.00 each. I immediately attempted to contact the company to cancel it and after several email attempts they stated that it was too late and they had money back guarantee. I contacted the bank and the claim was denied and told to return the product. When the product came I requested the return address and they basically told me to try the product and there was a 90 day back guarantee. I was not interested in keeping the product because I felt scammed to begin with because of the add on product that was added on and charged. after several attempts they sent and RMA number and return instructions. I sent the product back 05/23/2020 and they received it 05/26/2020. I sent them a copy of the tracking information as requested. I have not heard from they do not answer the phone. I filed another claim with the bank and after 2 months it was denied. Bank says that they have not recourse and that Mastercard policy is a return with signature required and the tracking was not enough. I am so upset that this company is getting away with this. Mastercard should also help to stop them. I lost $280.00.

Purchased on-line a product called Keto BHB originally thinking it was 39.95 & it ended up $199.99 plus the added products I did not order because the website didn't allow me to OPT out & processed the order before I could back out. I immediately contacted the Customer Support email with my concern & asked to cancel the 2nd portion of the order. Their response was they could not cancel the order & all items would be shipped at an additional $80. It took several days for the products to arrive which caused a Red Flag on my part. Once the package arrived I immediately contact Customer Support again & their reply was they would extend trial period to 120 days, advised them I did not order the products or want them so they sent an email with a an RMA# & instructions on returning the items to an address in Denver, CO

I shipped the items via USPS Priority with tracking on May 8, 2020 and package was delivered on May 11, 2020. As of August 5, 2020 no refund has been issued for the $80 and I have sent several emails to "Customer Support" with no response from their side. This definitely is a SCAM and something should be done to halt this type of activity.

I ordered 1 bottle of New life Keto. Well they sent 2.
Than they over charged me . Than they went into my bank account AGAIN and took $89.90
All and all $104.23 the pills were mailed from 37 Inverness drive east. Englewood Colorado 80112.
The phone number don't even work.

Same as many above. I order the product which I thought would $39 USD. It did not show the final bill summary before processing my order. I was ultimately charged $199.99 plus $80.00 US for products I did Not order. I'm in Canada and therefore suffered additional costs with the exchange rate. I immediately contacted the company and they responded initially saying I could return product. I returned products unopened with courier tracking. Ultimately received an initial $50 refund and they stated the remaining balance with follow. Crickets since then and I have followed up many times. So frustrating when due to CV19 I am out of work and do not need unnecessary charges to my card. SCAM There has to be a way to track these frauds and make them pay !

I ordered what I thought would be 3 bottles (buy 2, get 1 free). I ended up seeing that they charged my card $80 and $199.99. I have NEVER RECEIVED any products. I have not had any response from the company. I am so very very angry that this is such a scam! This needs to be investigated since they use Shartank, Norton, Mcafee to order safely.

Same as everyone else on here but I got to a point in the "refund process" where they asked me to click on a link for "remote access", I complained that I'd never had to do this before for a refund. They ask me to login to my email and my bank account from the computer, not my phone and I wouldn't do it, told them I was going to report them for fraud to ScamPulse.com and he went off on me and told me to use my brain...if he wanted to steal my money he wouldn't have called me he would have just done it and run away" lol. Lost $199.95 on 5 bottles, 1 of which should have been free - never got the "mail-in rebate" that would have made it "free". Guy hung up on me after I said the company was a fraud and I'm going to call the FBI. Still no refund and now they have their product to sell again AND my $200!

These stories are exactly what I have experienced! I did not even open my bottles! As soon as I received them I sent them back! I’ve been emailing them and no response and I have not gotten my money refunded! $199.99!
This is a scam and I would like to report it to the BBB! Do not order these! I hope someone reads this and takes my advice! Scam !
They have had the product back for 2 months!

I ordered 2 bottles of Keto BHB on April 20,2020. The company billed me for 5 bottles at a price of $199.99. I received the product on May 15, 2020, and tried it for over three weeks with no results. The product came with a 30-day money-back guarantee. I emailed the company 3 times at the above email address which I found on their website. It bounced back to me each time as undeliverable. I called the number from the website and was on hold for hours--finally hung up. I mailed the unused portion back to the above address, also on the website, on June 13, 2020, with delivery confirmation. It was delivered on June 17 to the office of the company. I have not received a refund, nor received any communication from the company.

There are various names and addresses on the bottle and on the website: Keto BHB Real, Vancouver BC: Compound Solutions: the above address and the charge on my credit card says New Life Keto.

March 31, 2020 I ordered what I thought was 2 bottles, ended up with 5 for a total of $199.99 then somehow had 5 bottles of supplements in there for $80.00. Plus, international fees! Called that same night to cancel and was informed the order had already processed but I could return all unopened bottles for a refund. After waiting for so long to receive my order, I sent them back on April 30, 2020, they received my package on May 4, 2020 and have not been able to fully correspond since. When you call the number it gives you and a new email address, that does not exist. I seriously just want my money back!! Do not do business with this company!

Misleading false advertisement. They make you think you are buying a couple of bottles, but charge you for 5. Website also leads you to buy different products since there is no other way to exit the screen. You only see the cost after CC info given. I emailed within minutes of the purchase explaining I did not want that amount of bottles. Customer service responded 24 hours later stating they could not cancel order, but they would extend my satisfaction guarantee to 120 days. Product took a long time to arrive. 3 weeks after that I have already sent 6 emails -since May 29th- and customer service does not care to answer.

Please help me get my money back!

Purchased 5 bottles keto weight loss tablets of what I thought was advertised as $39.00 for the total count and it turned out to be a price for each with 60 day guarantee to return used and/or unused bottles. Upon deduction from my bank account for $199.00 plus tax I requested a return authorization number and refund. I believe the advertising was misleading and was purchasing at the best value price but it was not and I cannot afford the cost. After several email communications which is all that is offered to customer care I have not obtained resolution of a refund. I returned all the bottles to the return facility provided unopened with the original packing document. I noted the return authorization number authorization inside the package. Customer Care requested the information below and indicated the return facility had not processed a refund but were the department that processes refunds. Courier USPS Tracking Number **** **** **** **** **** ** Returned 5/14/2020 Delivered to Denver Fulfillment Facility 4/10/2020 I returned 5 bottles under RMA# *************** I also provided proof of return confirmation from the USPS asking Customer Care for assistance in obtaining my refund. Now I am getting no replies. The phone number to the facility I got off your website and related to COVID 19 getting no response from return facility or customer Care. It is really not fair to take my money and I have done everything asked and still have not received my refund. First they claim the tracking wasn't updated so I contacted the USPS and they confirmed the receipt to the facility and you can see it online and now they will not reply to the Customer Care emails that I am sending. When they could not confirm the receipt they kept saying once they got that they would refund my money and now just no contact what so ever. $200 is a lot of money to me. BIG SCAM!!!!

I purchased what I thought was one bottle of ketobhbreal and received a bunch of bottles of keto and another product that I did not order. The total price was $279.00 I contacted them about a return and they sent me instructions with an RMA for return of the product. I did so and have not heard from them. I have tried calling them, emailing them, and even calling the warehouse where the product was sent to. They keep sending you back and fourth to other numbers that do the same thing. No one really to talk to about this issue. I feel that I am getting the run around.

Purchased KETO BHB Real 2/23/2020 and returned the product via certified mail on 4/14/2020, receipt was verified. Return was per directions provided by the distributor located in Colorado, complete with RMA number.

Telephone number, 855-6895017, listed on my credit card statement next to the charge, only answered by automated directive saying email inquiry must be made. Email: [email protected] comes back with a postmaster failure.

Company is a total scam to the tune of $199.99!

I made a on-line purchase for the product for $29.98 and I was charge $199.99 and then $80.00 on my card; so there for the charges were taken out of my account on the same day April 28, 2020. I didn't see the charges until I checked my account and I call my bank and they told me that my account was block because of some suspicion activity if charges that was made. So they gave me the number to the fraud prevention to see if I make the purchase and the charges. I told them I made the purchase but not for those charges and I was told to call the company I made the purchase with to see why they charge me twice and not for the amount that it should have been. They told me that since I made the purchase and it was taken out my account already it's not considered fraud. I been calling the company since the payments have been taken out my account and I have spoken with anyone yet and also have not received the products yet so that I can return them. I never be scam before in my life and this is so very wrong to do anyone like this and especially after reading all the bad reviews and so many been scam by this company. I hope that anymore charges don't be made to my account and this have been a lesson well learn. SCAM!! SCAM!! SCAM!! hope this don't happen to me or anyone else again and something need to be done about this!!

On line they said buy 2 then get three 3 free false you don’t see the charges until after you summit your credit card information. My total was supposed to 29.99 plus taxes and shipping here they charge 29.99 for each bottle which add up to 199.99 and want give me refund.
