I ORDERED ONE BOTTLE & RECEIVED THREE(3). I WAS CHARGED FOR 6 ON MY VISA BILL.I CALLED THE 800 NUMBER ON MY VISA STATEMENT AND WAS GIVEN THE [email protected] which was a farce. I called my Bank and will get some help from them.

It is too bad that they knowingly try to cheat people .

Hi,I was told to email Help@tcc to get my refund,I ordered the 6 bottles,the money was taken out of my bank,but the tablets didn't arrive,I contacted someone called Matter and he said they would sort out my refund,I ordered the bottles in July 2020... it's been going on all this time...what can I do?¿

They were advertising bottles of keto tablets at buy one get one free. The cost was $62.50. However, when I received comfirmation from them, it was $125. I checked my card and sure enough, they had taken out double the amount. I called the number provided and spoke with a rude female who laughing as she gave me the (fake) email contact for a refund. I tried the email ([email protected]) and it did not work. I am very angry because with all that is going on in the world today with the Coronavirus, it is appaulding that someone would sit on their behind and scam people who are already dealing with a pandemic.
