I bought these weight loss gummies from this company it was a buy 3 get 2 free deal. I thought it was a legitimate site being that's where I was sent from the shark tank site. I am on my last bottle and haven't lost any weight. I've just gained more weight. I have sent them Email and tried calling the number on the invoice they sent me through email when I made my order of $199.99. No luck getting in touch with anyone. Very Frustrating

Well no refund check and the email account is blocked. They have $458 of my money and I have nothing. This is definitely a scam! I have reported to Federal Trade Commission but I don't think they do anything either. Just take reports of fraud for record. Very very upsetting.

Just wanted 2 note that the Keto gunnies didn’t work 4 me. Seems every time I ate one I got lower back pain near my kidneys. My order was too late 2 return but wanted 2 alert you of this pain.

Melted Gummies

I ordered Go Keto Gummies 5 month 300 supply. It was 150 per label. They took my $199.75. Order # DFAC0738C4. I received the package and promptly returned them as the gummies were all melted together. My UPS return tracking number is 1ZV747R40313469144. I called their phone number and asked for my money back. I was referred to [email protected]. I ended up here. I guess I was scammed also!

Refund on Keto Burn

I ordered the Keto Burn along with the Keto Lifestyle. I received one bottle of the Lifestyle and all 5 bottles of the Burn. I called several times to get the remainder of the Lifestyle with no luck. Finally, they agreed to refund my money for the remainder bottles I never received. Not having the Lifestyle to take along with the Burn I asked to return the 4 bottles of Burn. I did return them on June 10th, 2022. I have a tracking number. I have not received my refund for the 4 bottles of Burn yet.

I have lost over 400.00 with this company. I have consistently contacted and called them. Returned one set of products demanding a refund. The one package never did come, now they said they had lost the package and is mailing it out now. Is there anyway to get my money back!

This company is a scam. I hope other people see these reviews before they purchase.

Called to return product because I didn't want it. They said to try it out for 60 days since I had to wait. I did not lose any weight. Product did not work at all. So when the 60 days were finally up and i had used up my 2 bottles that they said to try, they would not refund me...even though there is a 90 day guarantee or money back!

I ordered the produ t and was under the impression from their ad that you paid for 3 bottles and got 2 free. Not the case. When I wanted to return I was told I had to wait 60 days. I was under the impression from their ad and customer service I would be refunded the full a.ount for all the unopened bottles. Not the case. I was refunded a portion as they charged a restocking fee something they did not time. It also took me 15 days chasing them to even get this refund and then they asked for proof of return which I had already given them. This company are total scammers. Do not buy from them.

When the order arrived there was no return address . I called : they told to try the product and I could get a RMA number I returned everything . Never got my refund . This is a scam company . About a day before I received the Keto, I received a call from a male in your customer service wanting to know about my experience. I told him I had not received the product yet, but I had wanted to cancel the order, but it had already shipped.

I was not happy with the purchase and was going to return it, but the man told me to give it a try. He said that if if I didn’t see results in 60-90 days I could return it for a ?full refund. I said I just didn’t think it was going to work, but he continued to tell me to give it a try and if it didn't work return it for a full refund.

I specifically asked if I would be refunded all my money the whole $125, and he said yes there was a money back guarantee, so I said ok I’ll give it a try.

After about 3 weeks I had not lost even 1 pound, so I called for a return authorization. At that time I was told I could only get a refund on the unopened bottle.

This is NOT what I was told by the first caller. if I had know I was not going to get my FULL refund I would never have opened either bottle and sent it back as soon as I received it like I had originally planned, before your customer service called me.

I have now been told by your customer service in returns that I only get the refund on 1 bottle, so I am extremely unhappy that your customer service person told me to try them and I would get all my money back.

I would like for your company to stand behind the guarantee the first customer service man indicated and receive my $125 returned.

This company lied to me with a promise of a full refund. The literature said they would only offer refund on unopened products, but when the customer service person “called me” and said I would get a full refund I took him at his word. The company said they could only refund for the unopened bottle.. This is in direct conflict with what I was told.

This company is disreputable and has no problem lying to people so they don’t have to return customers money when their product does not work.
