Caller advised I could qualify for a lower interest rate On a credit card. Asked if I would be willing to answer 3 or 4 questions to see if I qualified. I said yes. The caller said they didn't hear or understand me and would I repeat that. I said yes again. The first question was did I have over $5,700 in debt. I believe I said yes again. She then proceeded to ask me another question but I got suspicious then and told her no to the question. She said it sounded like I didn't need their services and she hung up on me. The phone number that came up on my phone was 302-335-4062. My caller ID said Kent Co Emrgncy. I didn't recognize the number but was curious when it said Kent Co Emrgncy. Thought maybe it was police or fire co.
