I am on.do not call list, but this company calls to try and sell energy efficiency/home improvement services. They make it sound like they are with a regulatory or electric company or providing some other legitimate service that is not sales.

This person wanted to sell me some kind of energy savings, knew my exact address and where it was, telling me that had a special program for people on my street for energy efficient information. Talking about my residence in Temple, Texas and calling from a Bartlett, TX phone number.
