I was planning to purchase a Bengal kitten for my son. I found Ken's Kitten Cave website online and read their background and reviews before contacting them. The web site looked legitimate and they said the kittens were shipped from Ontario. We corresponded by email a few times and pictures were provided of different kittens. I decided to pay for a cat and secured a purchase for September 2022 by sending an EMT of $700 to Hilary Fotso at [email protected]

They said that once payment was received they would provide a receipt and attach to my file. I was provided an email receipt. I made the EMT of $700 on February 10th. I received an email receipt February 16th. I was then contacted by text 409-205-9223 by someone claiming to be Ken Kevin, the owner of the company, saying he had a banking issue and had arranged to refund my money and I would have to resend. I was initially understanding about this, but when I didn't receive a refund I followed up. I have not heard back from any further correspondence from the company and have tried to contact them by email with no response. The phone number is showing now as out of service. The web site is still active.
