Kenny W Welch said he had Maltese puppies for sale. I paid for the puppy then was told I need to pay for shipping. After shipping was paid for, they told me I need to pay for a crate for the puppy and then for insurance. They kept asking for more money all that they said would be refunded on delivery of puppy. I never received the puppy and now I am trying to get my money back.
