About 200pm 3/17/2021 I thought I was calling Navient. The number I dialed from Google search was 888-944-2596. I report my current financial status. The individual said his name was Kenny Pham but use Kenny Alumni when calling. He read off my log in and password info. Asked me to update my driver's license. He stated that he could consolidate my student and began to do an over the phone application for consolidation and loan forgiveness. He sent a text that gave a 6 digit code which I read back to him. He said I was approved for the forgiveness program and to contact him at 949-450-1174. He text the following contact info as well: Direct Contact Information

Phone: 888-905-9299 EXT: 125. At end of call he asked for credit card info to pay for my new loan amount of $182.50 for 6 months. I lied and said I didnt have a card since I could now sense I was an [censored] and may have been frauded. He then started asking for any card even ones that were canceled or to give him my mother's card. I did give him her name as well earlier in conversation. I have changed passwords and will contact Motor Vehicles and Social Security.
