I wanted to purchase a Yorkshire Tcup puppy. I saw this website "kennesyorkshirehome.com" Address: 846 Brian Ct Forest Park, Atlanta, Georgia 30297. I called this number: 404 596-6587 to ask if one of the two puppies I was interested in was still available (Chico or Jenny). A man with a weird accent answered and said that Chico was sold, but Jenny was still available. I had to answer a lot of questions before I could purchase the dog. Example; Are you a breeder? How old are you? etc...He told me after that I was accepted and that Jenny was available. The cost: 500$ US and 50$ for shipping. So I was so excited because usually Yorkshires are so expensive. He said that the first step was to send a money gram through Walmart to him (DONALD NYUE) which I did. It cost me in Canadian money $824,60. Then the next step, he sent me papers of "Transfer of Ownership" by Email. I had to download the papers, sign it, and then return the sign papers to him by Email. When he received the papers, he said congratulations, you are the owner of Jenny, and I am going to ship the dog to you by air, and it will be delivered to my doorsteps in one day. I was on cloud nine!! 15 minutes later, a man (BRAYAN CARTER) from Los Angeles, 90250, He was working for TRANS FAST LOGISTICS (URGENT CRATE AND INSURANCE) sent me an Email saying that the crate that Donald Nyue had sent the dog in was in poor shape and unacceptable to fly the dog in. So I had to send him $1,200.00 US immediately and he assured me that on the dog's delivery, I would receive my $1,200 US back (100%). $200.00 was to pay for an electronic crate and $1,000.00 for insurance. It was like, I was punched in the gut!!!!! He said that if I didn't send the money, he would not ship the dog. The previous owner and the shipper kept calling me, messaging me, and Emailing me making me feel guilty. I was the owner of the 4 weeks puppy and she needed to go home! How could I do that to a poor innocent puppy!!!!! I have like a hundred texts, Emails, and phone calls from both of them. Finally, later that evening, I couldn't bare the thought of my little puppy being kept there, so I went to Walmart and sent a money gram to BRAYAN CARTER of $1,200 US ($1,682.50 Can). I Emailed him back saying that the money was sent, and that I wanted to have all the information about the shipping and arrival time. He said to me , as soon as the money arrives he would do that. I did all I could so I went to bed. In the middle of the night, he called me saying that the money was not delivered, and I had to call Western Union (the company at Walmart that I sent the two money gram) and tell them to release the money. He also told me to tell the company that it was a family matter. That way it would be delivered faster! So, I called Western Union 1 800 235-0000 and told them exactly what he told me. Western Union started asking questions and I couldn't lie. I told them that I just bought a puppy and it was to pay for a crate and insurance to ship the dog. They told me I was scammed, and that they would not release the money. They gave me a number to get my money back (thank you Western Union!). So I called back Brayan Carter and told him that they would not release the money. He told me that he would put the dog in quarantine. The dog was in my name and that I would be pursuit by law. I could pay a fine of $9,000 US. He also said that he would report me to the FBI. I said go ahead, I already file a claim against the two of you. One thing I didn't mention above is that Donald Nyue claimed that he was a Christian man and that he would never do anything bad. They both had the same weird accent when they spoke, and when they wrote to me, it was full of mistakes. I wish I could get my money back, but if not, I hope you get them!!!!!! Also, I hope that this story can stop people like me from trying to purchase a dog online. I am heart broken, I feel robbed, I am mad. Please stop them!!!!!
