I contacted the seller about a puppy. He contacted me back by text message. Gave me an address and said he would take a deposit of half the price to reserve the dog. After that he said he would start paperwork. He contacted me again saying they needed money for pet insurance. I contacted AKC and they said it is the average price of pet insurance and it was a good idea. So I continued with a little piece of mind. Then the seller contacted me again and said that they needed more money for the rest of the registration. That's when I knew I had gone to far in the first place. So I had been scammed just that easy. Got my hopes up and things were communicating well but in the scammers favor not mine.
