Two people claiming to have used the service Kenko provides came onto a support group for Long Haul Covid patients. One person used an AI-generated image as their profile picture, another used a photo from an unrelated web site. Both gave extremely positive testimony about the benefits of the Kenko app. When challenged, the CEO of Kenko herself, Charlotte Boivin, posted on the support group in an attempt to attract customers. This is an unethical and fraudulent way to approach potential clients/customers. The web site of the Kenko app uses photos and bios of scientists who are unrelated to the company. The web site also makes incorrect scientific claims about breathwork and heart rate variability.
