Type of a scam Online Purchase
On 6/3//18, I went to the kendrascott.com website and contacted [email protected] asking if they could confirm if my purchase was legitimate. I received a response from Johanna at Kendra Scott stating she could find no order associated with my name, email address and their order #'s are numerical only and they could not confirm the authenticity of any product received. She stated she would report this to their team that investigates such incidences, that if it too good to be true, it probably is. I contacted my financial institution and they said I can bring in documentation and start a dispute to recoup my money. I hope to help prevent other customers from being duped by this scam.
