On 3/1/2022 i purchased a vehicle from Kemzo Turay From Philadelphia and his girlfriend or former ex girlfriend Dayonna Hayes or (Shaunice Hayes) that she posted on Facebook in the marketplace. I asked her was everything good with the car and does it have a clean title and she told me yes it did. I  met up with just her )Kemzo wasn’t around at the time) during the transaction she said he had it and he’ll give it to me but he was going to give me a temporary tag for now until he finds the title. So a week went by and I kept in contact with her about the title but still no title. She said he lost it and had to send for a new one and to give it 2-3 weeks for it to come back and they’ll give it to me. Over the next several weeks i kept in contact with her, but still no title. She kept telling me 2-3 weeks, so at this point I was a month in a half in with no title. I texted her and told her i was going to get her boyfriend's dealership shut down and get the cops involved. Well he finally got in touch with me and told me the same story she’s been telling me after i asked him numerous times to refund me my money he still was hesitant and lying so in May i got pulled over by a Pennsylvania state trooper on my way home from work the cop told me that the temporary tag that he gave me was fake!!! Along with the temporary registration card, which was also fake! So, I got slapped with a lot of tickets because of something i knew nothing about at all! So the cop bluntly told me that I had been scammed and i need to file a report against him. I told him what happened and he still insisted that everything was legitimate on the car and he ordered the title for me which he still didn’t have. So now it’s 6/1/2022 and i still have no title. I tried to talk to someone at an auto tag place and I gave the lady the VIN number to the car and the lady told me the VIN number wasn’t found at all!! So i've been arguing with this guy about getting my money back and he won’t give me my money or the title and now I’m going to have to take him to court!
