I was looking for an Australian Shepherd puppy for sale online. This site "classicaussies.com" was one of many that popped up on the google search. On July 24th, I decided I wanted a puppy from the breeder from this site, and contacted them via the form listed on that website to purchase one of their puppies, Hudson, listed as available on the site. That same night, Kelvin Smith, the supposed breeder of the puppy, responded with detailed information and asked me to send money $800.00 ($650 for the dog, $150 shipping) via Western Union. On July 27th, I sent the money and provided Kelvin Smith the MTCN#224-883-0416 to pick up the money the next day. On July 28th, I tracked the money on the Western Union site and saw that he collected the money, but he didn't contact me to acknowledge that he picked up the money. I emailed him that evening asking him to confirm that he picked up the money and to keep me posted about the puppy's flight detail. Then he confirmed that he got the money, but didn't say anything else. I emailed him on July 29th to check with him that registration and delivery was on track, and only after that he sent me a tracking # “US85500” and link “https://statepetmovers.com/flighttracker/“ to check the arrival time of the puppy and said that the agency will contact me with more details regarding the delivery. That link he sent did not work. I got an email from "Trans Express Logistics" afterwards saying that they have the Australian Shepherd puppy we ordered ready for delivery, and to confirm my address. They had my correct address, so I confirmed. They had a different link in their email “https://transexpress-logistics.com” and that worked. On that link and with the same tracking #, it said that the puppy was supposed to arrive at my house on July 29th around 8:45 PM, but the puppy never showed up. I emailed Kelvin at 9:15 PM inquiring about this, but he didn't respond. Today, July 30th, I called Kelvin twice and also texted him, but there was absolutely no response. I realized I had been scammed, so I contacted my bank and reported this fraud to them, and they advised me to also report this to you.
