Order a coat in September..this company take the money out my account but I never received a tracking number or the coat. Buyer's beware.

Finally received my shorts I ordered 2 months ago. I opened the package to some very cheaply made crap. Nothing like what I ordered in the picture. This place is a fraud. Do not order from this place. Bad Business

I ordered $90 worth of shirts (4). I did receive them but the sizes we're WAY MISREPRESENTED! The 3XL would fit a normal size small adult! Like other complaints I read, I received no invoice or receipt or contact info of any kind. I have yet to hear back from them from the Email I sent.
Also, I think we're screwed because BBB ( Better Business Bureau doesn't take out-of- country complaints...)

An ad for Keepuchic showed up on my phone, and I liked the clothes I saw. I ordered several items on August 2, paid through PayPal. On August 10, I received emails that 2 of the items were no longer available. They suggested I pick out some new items. I requested a refund for those items, and I have not received it. I have not received the other 5 items I ordered either. This company is looking more and more like a scam. I recommend no one order from this company.

I ordered back in may and never received anything I need my money they sent a tracking number that doesn't work plenty emails telling me my purchase was made no contact number it's been 3 months and I've sent plenty of emails trying to get answer can somebody help me

I order 2 pairs of Sandals on May 22, 2020. After waiting 25 business days to contact them, I tried the website. I received a return to sender email. So I tried another website attached to there page: keepuchic@tomailme, that site did not work either. I would really like my money returned ASAP. With the state of America, the last thing I need is someone SCAMMING ME FOR MY MONEY ? ?

DO NOT ORDER FROM KEEPUCHIC. I order 2 pair of Sandals on May 22, 2020 (I figured they would arrive by my birthday). I spent $90.00. I so mad they are bogus and I really looking forward to those sandals. I still have not received them. I sent an inquiry email and got a return to sender reply. With no phone number to contact them. I tried another website attached to there site. Still nothing. ???? how do I get my money ? back?

I have a Question.Are they worth the wait ? I’m seeing reviews stating that some people never received their merchandise and that there is no phone number to contact them if you did ever have a problem with your package!

I never received my shoes its going on 3 mths. I spent a total of $118 dollars no shoes yet.I needed new summer sandals I didn't have any to wear its so hot out.you can't contact them the email address is not real.This is sad with all that's going on I've been out of work just making it saved up some money to get me at least something nice to make me feel a little happier and we come across scammers like this,this is so sad. I can't believe people are out here doing this to us I will be going through my back to get my refund and have them investigate this situation.I am so upset behind this all we had was online shopping because everything was shut down and this is what we getting for trying to be great customers and support someone else's business so they can to have money to feed there families.I am so upset about this please listen do not order from this vendor

I ordered 5 shirts and 7 pair of shoes/dandles.

I paid $247.02 online thru PayPal on April 30th and received an email saying that my order is on its way.

I emailed them today 7/7/20 about my tracking number and a update on my order I got a return to sender email back.

I want to find a way to get my money back!

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes totaling $86. It's going on 3 months and I haven't received my packages. I am highly pissed off. I don't have money like that, but I purchased them for my daughter's birthday. It's so sad to see how people pull a scam over you. I have been emailing with no response. I am definitely going to share my story with every woman I know. Ladies listen up don't spend your money on this website called Keepuchic.com, they're scammers. Personally I'm hostile and I want a refund!???

I ordered three pairs of shoes over three months ago from this date. And I have yet to receive anything. Like many others, I spent over 80 plus dollars. And I am still waiting on my items to be delivered. I really wish that this site was more accurate.

DO NOT BUY FROM KEEPUCHIC! These people are straight up SCAM ARTISTS. They have beautiful pictures of shoes and clothes on their website so they can draw you in. I was prepared to spend a lot of money because the shoes and dresses were so pretty and inexpensive. However, I resisted doing this and instead ordered one pair of shoes and a dress. I’m so glad I didn’t order more! It took over 2 months for anything to arrive although I got notices through Shopify that my order was “ in transit.” They are apparently located somewhere in China. I finally received the shoes that looked absolutely nothing like the picture. There were cheap material and horribly made. The dress never did arrive. Thank goodness I was able to get a refund through PayPal once they investigated these people.

I ordered my daughter some sandals from keepuchic. For her graduation and I haven't received them yet. I'm so pissed. I don't have money like that and my daughter is up set. I'm pissed off. I wish #Facebook stop running keepuchic ads and shopify to.but someone needs to shut the website down..

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for 72.51 back on May 30 and to this date have yet to receive my items. They send you this congratulation, with order ID, and never send the product. I tried contacting them by email but it bounced back in error. As you can see below the error message I got.

I placed an order on May 1st for 3 pair of shoes and still have not received my order. I received a email stating that my order was on the way but nothing since. Also, I tried to send a response to the email but it came back to me "unable to deliver". So I strongly recommend not to use this website.
