I ordered a soccer ball for my son in Oct. It's now almost April. The only response I get is it's in the mail and wont refund me .

Would never order or recommend this site. I bought two basketball keepsakes in October for my kids, for Christmas. I have been emailing them since November. It is now February and I still haven't received the balls. Smh. I have emailed numerous times to talk to management or to refund my money an they have yet to do either! I am livid! Terrible customer service!

My wife sent me a link for thick, cashmere lined leggings she asked me to get for her. I ordered 2 pairs on Oct 31. On Dec 10, we received two pairs of plain leggings, with NO thick, cashmere lining. Repeated requests for the correct leggings were met with statements that they had checked with their warehouse and they had sent us the correct items, which they obviously had not. Asking to speak with someone higher up the chain did not work either. You're basically dealing with very poor customer service and extremely poor English. Buyer Beware!
