The company name is Keep the Trend and they advertise through Facebook. I ordered a $30 fitness watch on January 4 that finally arrived today on January 31. The product is complete junk and the instructions look like they were poorly translated from Chinese. I immediately went to their “returns” page that said you needed to contacted them to get an address for where to send the product back. After several requests they finally wrote back and because I told them I wanted to return the product because of its poor quality and poor instructions, their "computer bot" wrote back to say no refund because it was opened. The box was not sealed when I got it, and I told them that. I suggested that they should do the right thing and give me a refund but have now had none of my messages returned. As I tried to track down the address I became concerned that it is a total scam — no address, no phone number, just one email address [email protected]. Then in looking at their website further, I realized that they supposedly have hundreds of reviews that come to a full five stars but there is nowhere to leave a review. I think they might be in China.
