I ordered mask 3/15/20 from there website and as of today. I haven’t received them. I did get an email (no email address-from them) with an order # on 3/15/20 saying they were on there way with my address and same billing as same as my address. I also have checking account statement with correct amounts. I checked online and it goes to a different website that says unavailable. 5/04/29

Received an email from [email protected] showing an order confirmation number, and giving a link to see the order online and a link (keepsafemask.com) to visit their store. There was no phone number or address on the email. When clicking both links, no such pages exist. Sent 2 emails to the info email ID, with no response for a week.

We called our bank.
