This company, as well as many others, are using the identical picture advertising The Identical shoes. They are even being advertised by other companies as Clarks shoes. The moment I open the package containing the shoes that I ordered, I contacted the company to let them know I was dissatisfied with the Aesthetics of the she use and that they do not look like the advertised shoes. The shoes were both broken in the same spot and glue was highly visible around the souls of both shoes. Very poorly crafted!!!! I received a response to my complaint and it was either to pay shipping to return them or keep them and receive a 10% refund. Neither of which was acceptable! So, here I am, following up on my threat to report them if not offered a full refund.
