Found advertisement on either FaceBook or Instagram. They advertised a specific functioning show which assisted with bunions. I purchased a pair then received an email to get 50% off a second pair of purchased within a designated time. I thought we’ll heck, that’s a pretty great deal. I purchased a second pair both on 6/15/21. They didn’t send a typical email receipt but did send something. Then followed up by stating my order had shipped which included a tracking number on 6/18/21. According to USPS tracking history the shipping label was being created and originating in Woodbridge, IL as USPS was waiting on item. It then arrives at the shipping partner facility Fast Track Express in Woodbridge, IL on 6/23/21 sits there until after I’ve waited 2 weeks and place a dispute with Citibank. Suddenly, USPS tracking history shows its departed the shipping partner facility. 7/1/21 it’s accepted at USPS Origin Facility in Elk Grove Village, IL Distribution Center at 12:33pm arriving at USPS Regional Origin Facility at 1:48pm in Elk Grove Village, IL Distribution Center. 7/2/21 arrived at the USPS Regional Origin Facility Chicago, IL Logistics Center at 4:50am, 7/2/21 departs the USPS Regional Facility Chicago, IL Logistics Center at 8:07am. 7/2/21 Arrived at USPS Regional Facility Dallas, TX Logistics Center at 10:19pm. 7/3/21 arrived at USPS Regional Destination Facility Ft. Worth, TX Distribution Center 10:38am. 7/3/21 departs ISPS Regional Facility Ft. Worth, TX Distribution Center 2:25. 7/3/21 arrives at USPS Facility Denton, TX 6:53pm. 7/4/21 arrives at Hub Denton, TX 10:34am. 7/6/21 it gets delivered to my house by 5:16pm. Nearly 3 weeks later and I believe it’s only because I disputed it and Citibank let them know customer would be getting credited back. Well since they stated I finally received items Citibank reneged the credit and processed charge again. Now Citibank is requesting further paperwork that proves this company is not legitimate and product is not what was ordered. It looks like some amateur pulled fabric together and sewed it. The shoes smelled like burnt rubber/asphalt. They were simply packaged in a clear plastic bag that was packaged in a small plastic USPS envelope. I only opened the first shoes that arrived the second pair took a few days longer to arrive. I was out of town and upon my return I saw the second package videoed the opened package along with the return label in the original received packages. I shipped them back to the address on the USPS package because they did not include a receipt or return label. The address label stated

They informed Citibank that they’re actually located in Middleton, DE. I emailed them wondering if they’d respond. They did and stated I should have contacted them “before returning items without confirmation from seller.” They also stated, It is with our deepest regret that we are unable to support you in this case. The shoes will never be back to us. The US address on the package is not the return address, just a shipping company that does not handle exchange or return. We can only work on your issue if you send the shoes back to our warehouse in China.” Honestly that email response along with a couple of others looks to be pieced together. They closed the email response with, “We will present your problem to our superiors and ask for a suitable solution for both of us.”

The email received the next day stated, “It took longer than expected but you can be issued a 30% partial refund on both my order values ($63.76 and $37.58). They stated they’d let me think about it. I responded saying this was not satisfactory and that I would be reporting them to the BBB. They responded within 8 hours. “In this case, full refunds are not possible. As you can see, we had a long discussion and a lot of information was exchanged. We would offer one more time, also for the last time. If you confirm that no complaint will be filled, you can be issued a 40% order value” siting my two order numbers. “We are unable to take it further also fo not release the money to get hobble.” I realized I am not dealing with any legitimate business nor associates and decided to file my complaint with you the BBB.
