Scammer listed another email used for paypal: [email protected]. The contact us page on the website lists [email protected]. I contacted both and never received a reply. I placed an order for four pairs of shoes on this website and have not received them. I tried the chat on their website I tried email, nothing gets a reply. I thought it was suspicious right after I placed the order because I never received an order email from their website, only from paypal. Then it said that the order shipped from very close (within MN) and was delivered but nothing was ever delivered. I was home all day and so was my family, nothing was delivered. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card. They list no physical address on their website and they don't actually appear to be related to Keen shoes in any way. My sister sent me the link to the website, she saw the ad on Facebook. I thought it was an okay website because she sent it to me, but I didn't realize she hadn't actually placed an order.

The websites navigation causes you to not accurately know what cost you are paying. They send you receipts that aren't correctly ordered ßo you are not aware of what you are paying unless you are looking for it. Also, they inaccurately charge you for services. I submitted a 10 dollar payment and was charged $90 plus the the $10. You also get charged for services you don't receive.
