While looking for a corgi puppy we found a website listing a beautiful 10 week old puppy that was AKC registered. The price was $600 plus $150 shipping fee to fly the puppy to us. They emailed us a profile of the puppy, multiple pictures, and asked us background information. They offered to start the process immediately to begin shipping. When we asked what payment type they accepted they said cash only via zelle. This made us pause as there is no way to ensure we get our money back if something went sideways. We asked if they would do PayPal but they insisted their PayPal was down and that "everything will be fine". We began to back out of the arrangement and they began asking us if we could get to Walmart tonight to send them the money.
