I contacted Keem shih tzus about an available puppy I had found online. I was told the puppy was still available and given an address where she could be picked up. I provided $600 as payment and chose to have her shipped to me at a later date. I asked for photos or videos which were provided, making the scam seem very legit. When the day came for the puppy to be shipped, I was provided a fake shipping number. After waiting to hear from them or the shipping company all day, they finally reached out saying the puppy was unable to be shipped due to an inadequate crate and I must provide an additional $900 for a crate, but the money would be refunded to me in cash upon arrival of the puppy. They also stated that the company that was shipping her was unable to email me so they were communicating on their behalf, despite me attempting to call the shipping company directly. When I confronted them for scamming and requested my money be returned, they stopped responding.
