The purchase of the Automatic Shoe Cover is a scam. I purchased this product on 4/18, notified of shipping 4/22 and the tracking number didn't work and it was for China Post when it never said it shipped from china. You call and there is no support, it directs you back to the email. They don't respond to email and under refund policy, they say they are not responsible for refunds for anything lost from parcel. they even say it takes 2-6 weeks for delivery and its been 8 weeks and no response from customer support for 6 weeks of emails.
