I purchased a palate of baby diapers and baby food for the total price of $1399 from "KC LIQUIDATION" on 3/26/2023. The total amount of $1399 has been paid via Zelle to an account registered under the name Karen Caye De Guzman (916-385-6033). The products intended to purchased were advertised on Facebook and Video calls. Facebook address is https://www.facebook.com/groups/435307144322335. It has been 3 months since the fee has been paid, but the items has yet to received. I attempted to contact the seller, but the seller stopped responding after May 14, 2023. This incident has been reported to a city police department on 6/23/2023.
