Scammer was advertised on Facebook as home decor company. I ordered a queen size quilt in a woodland motif. I kept receiving weekly emails saying my item was custom made and was almost finished and finally received an email stating it was in perfect condition and being shipped with tracking number to be provided in “30ish” hours. After a week I contacted email sender to request the tracking number I never received and never heard back from them. Weeks later I receive a plastic green bag with some fabric inside without any invoice or return info except some address in Avelin, NJ. I didn’t even know who sent this. I soon found out that the address was some empty parcel of land in NJ. I immediately contacted the seller to ask if they sent me this item and if so it was not anything I preferred. I received two emails back over several weeks from the [email protected] ignoring the fact that this item was not what I ordered and paid $82.00 for but instead stated “ if you don’t like your item” return it to : NO.98, Wangdongnan Roadm Sijing Town 202100 Shanghai China. I googled this address and it is listed as Acozy.com. This criminal needs shut down! Google KayleeAndTepid reviews and you will see hundreds of suckers like me with the same story and scammed out of money!!!

Item on Facebook showing starfish bedding sheets twin/single including two pillow shams - each $59.00-ordered two total of $119.00 on 1/06/2020, using a credit card.

Emails followed 1/8/2020 saying the order is being processed and we’re sure to deliver the quality that will rock your socks off., literally.

I’ll get back to you in the following days with the latest update from the product assembly line.

Weeks later a tracking script saying that it was being processed and customs was approving the departure from Singapore China.

The package wasn’t delivered until 1/25/2020 in my mailbox. Upon opening it I was very disappointed with the smell and size of the items. The other set according to today’s email is that it’s on its way. My credit card did alert me of some other activity but did not specify and sent me a new card. Order#***

Sheet sent barely fit twin size. Unfortunately I never read other reports on this that were also scammed until I researched their comments after this. Mostly said same things not what was pictured on Facebook.

Returning these would be costly and they said perhaps not acceptable or any refunds.

KayleeandTepid.com markets for home goods. I had purchased a bedding duvet on 11/3/19 which I have not yet received. I paid via PayPal, the company name on PayPal appears as “PRINTABEL COMPANY LIMITED [email protected]”. There is no phone contact nor email address on the website. This made me uneasy, however I was receiving emails from [email protected] so I was hopeful at the time. The original address on the company’s website {was} ‘24 Rue Jean Moulin, 94260 Fresnes France’ on 11/3/19 when I placed my order. Today (11/17/19) the address on the website currently displays the Singapore address listed above (which doesn’t appear to be a valid address). The last email I received from KayleeandTepid was on 11/12/19 letting me know my purchase was completed and ready to be shipped, however it would take 30ish hours to be shipped. Its been over the 30 hours and I have not received any further emails from the company. I had sent an email on 11/12/19 and today, 11/17/19, requesting the name of the shipper company and the tracking Number. Haven’t yet received a response. Also, on the KayleeandTepid webpage, the ScamPulse.com accredited stamp is displayed on the page where the purchase is made. I checked the ScamPulse.com website today and did not see KayleeandTepid listed anywhere. I truly believe I have been scammed. The scammers may also be operating under the “azcozy” name.
