Found a awesome deal on a double kayak for my husband and I. The product was ordered on 6/10. As of 7/12 I still had no information on the product. No ship date, no communication from the company. When I called on 7/12 and asked for a refund I was told that they had to make sure that it had not been mailed from the manufacturer. I was further told that they would be unable to obtain shipping information from the manufacturer for 2 days. I then discussed how they could call the manufacturer and get this information. I was told that they had to email the manufacturer before they could issue a refund. I explained that at this time with the time I have already waited that I was unwilling to wait further. I was told there was no choice but to wait the few more days. Due to the non communication from the seller I was very unpleased. I have since found several complaints of this company online. I also discovered that they are listed as a possible scam. Basically they have $1165 of my money that they sat on for over a month without supplying the item ordered.

Buyer beware of this company.
