I purchased one of their products on November 2nd 2020 for a Christmas gift. It is not January 10th 2021 and the product has not arrived yet. Their customer service representatives originally stated it would take 4 - 6 weeks for product to be delivered.

I have contacted this company on 4 separate occasions about this delivery and they keep giving me the run around excuses as to when the product will delivered. I asked for a full refund or cancelation but they will not honor a refund because it has to be within 30 days of order. This is a big SCAM. Please stay away and do not order from this company.
