I ordered believing I was ordering from Kay Jewelers. I ordered on 12/06/2023.

The total amount was taken from my account and I am not able to find any information

regarding my order.

I ordered rings from site Kay’s jewelers the amount of rings was 28.33 said it was shipped never received. Now I can’t even pull up where I had created an account but I screenshotted it
