I received an email offer from Kay Jewelers offering reduced pricing on Jewelry. When attempting to place order I entered my information to process the order. Then I received a notice that my information went to a company names; META Pay which advised me that my information will be stored by them for future orders. This was done on August 6, 2023. I waited to give them time to deliver my order. Then I went to review information on META to find out that they are affiliated with Facebook and nothing to do with my order. I then called K Jewelers on August 22, 2023 (800 527 8029) to obtain information on my order I was told that there was not order on their files. I checked my credit card and was billed $49.89on 8/6/23 under the name JenuinelyMarketed, and there is no way to contact them regarding my order. I also called Kay Jewelers to see if there was in fact an order from me to them and was advised they had no order. I then informed them that JenuinelyMarketed was using their web site offering jewelry at discounted prices. I was thanked for this informatoin and they said they will look into it. I am currently disputing this charge with my credit card company, but would like to have this company reported as being 'false advertising' bordering on illegal business practices.
